PilatesVitalityStudio - Fox Chapel's Pilates Studio for over seven years!
Kim

Kim began her fitness career as a Personal Trainer, when a client asked her about Pilates.  Out of curiosity she decided to take a class, and realized instantly that Pilates was a more practical approach to fitness than lifting weights.  After working with the owner of the studio, she was invited to train clients there and continued to learn the Pilates technique.
She did her first formal certification through “Physical Mind Institute” in 2001, then continued by learning the Classical Method of Pilates through “Peak Pilates“, through a more contemporary approach to Pilates she then did extensive training with “Balanced Body Pilates“.  Kim has personal experience with trying to get back into shape after pregnancy, and the  challenges of having a family and finding time to be fit.  She has witnessed first hand the effectiveness of Pilates through the changes in her own clients’ body awareness, flexibility, and of course strength.  With nearly 11 years of experience in teaching Pilates, Kim enjoys training clients from any fitness background. From the client that has never exercised before to the client that loves to work hard and enjoys a challenge, she is dedicated to helping her clients reach their fitness potential!
