Session Types
Private Sessions:
One hour session where client works individually with a trainer using the Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Low Chair, Mat, and other small apparatus. The trainer customizes the session according to the client's individual needs and goals.
Duets:
Are you more motivated to stick with a program if a friend joins you? One hour session where two clients work with a trainer using the Reformer, Cadillac, Spine Corrector, Low Chair, Mat, and other apparatus.
Classes:
One hour class on the equipment where up to five clients share trainer.
Private GroupClasses:
Designed for a group of friends that want to take a class together. Must have at least 3 people to sign up, then the class will be closed to just your group.
Price List:
One Private Session: $60
10 Session Package: $550
Duets: $40 per person
Equipment Classes: $200 for 8 classes
Private Group Classes: $200 for 8 classes
