Our instructors have reputable Pilates backgrounds and certifications, and are knowledgeable about the physiology of the human body. We have all been teaching Pilates for several years, and have worked collectively with Physical Therapists and Physicians in the area.  Our trainers have a reputation that is trusted and respected in the Pilates and fitness industry. We are confident in working with those who have specific needs and limitations and will work closely to ensure an individualized program based on our clients' needs and goals.
We are passionate about the effectiveness of Pilates and helping our clients achieve their fitness objectives.

Pilates is a safe and effective form of exercise for everyone, and we can provide a challenging workout while still being mindful of those with individual needs and requirements. We care about our clients and our mission is to help them achieve improved strength and overall wellbeing and vitality.

 

 

Our studio is a small and casual environment where everyone feels very comfortable working out.  The current clients are wonderful, and are very warm and welcoming to new clients.

 

 

We are in Fox Chapel right across from Fairview Elementary and next to The Upper Crust Pizza on Dorseyville Road.

 

 

Our studio opened over seven years ago.
